With over 15 years of heavy machinery experience and 10 years of septic installation under his belt, Chris brings impeccable field leadership and operational expertise to the company, ensuring every job is done right.
A Registered Environmental Health Specialist with a Masters Degree in Structural Geology and Sedimentology and 20 year’s experience in construction, Layne brings a diverse set of skills to table that are unmatched. His previous work as a County Environmental Regulator ensures that our septic designs are exact and a perfect fit for our clients’ needs.
Layne is the President of LT Environmental Services LLC, our preferred partner for all environmental services.
As an experienced Engineer & Designer Steve handles our clients’ Site Plan and Development Permits at both the county and state levels.
Steve is the VP of LT Environmental and works on both stick-built and manufactured home projects, performing the work for all of our in-house investment & development projects.
