Matt started the company with one vision: provide excellent quality work and installations that can be trusted, with the highest possible integrity while giving customer service that is second to none.
He brings over 20 years’ experience in the residential & commercial development world to all of his clients & every jobsite.
Chris first operated a backhoe when he was 13 years old helping his dad on a jobsite.
With over 15 years of heavy machinery experience and 10 years of septic installation under his belt, Chris brings impeccable field leadership and operational expertise to the company, ensuring every job is done right.
With a Master’s Degree in engineering and 15-year background in Geology, Layne brings 2 decades of expertise to septic planning and design. His previous work as Coconino County Environmental Inspector, along with his precise attention to detail, ensures that our septic systems are a perfect fit for our clients’ needs.
Layne is the President of LT Environmental, our preferred partner for all environmental services.
As an experienced Engineer & Designer Steve handles our clients’ Site Plan and Development Permits at both the county and state levels.
Steve is the VP of LT Environmental and works on both stick-built and manufactured home projects, performing the work for all of our in-house investment & development projects.
